Mechanically welded fabrication

We can handle small or large batches of small or large sized components, we are specialized in mechanically welded parts. The teams at RJ Industry (> 5 tons) and RJ Metalworks (< 5 tons) are fully skilled (geometry, reading drawings, understanding the materials…) and have expert knowledge to manufacture frames, chassis and any other parts that require welded assemblies :

• All metals: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, special alloys.
• All welding processes: TIG, MIG, MAG, submerged arc, flux welding…
• Manual and automatic feed.
• Non destructive testing, heat treatments, machining, surface treatments (carried out in-house or with partner companies …)
• Carrying out of operational qualifications (dummy tests, trials, pre-assembly …) in our workshops.
