Mission : Process industrialization of a manufacturing line of reinforcement mesh in the field of civil engineering for a nuclear end-customer.

Characteristics : Project management of the realization of a 70 meters long production line, a work upstream on the customer’s need allowing him to defend his project to the final customer.

The RJ Group’s contribution to this industrialization of civil engineering processes: Technical assistance in order to carry out the specifications, research for technological solutions for process industrialisation, global support for presentation to the end customer in the validation of the investment, justifications throughout the studies of the technological choices with the help of simulations (flow simulation, robot simulation, etc.), international project management, execution and manufacture of the production means, installation on a nuclear site, nuclear risk prevention training for personnel, start-up assistance (ramp up) until the desired capacity is obtained (1000 m2 of production/day), etc…
